The Office of Fair Trading (OFT) has published its August 2011 newsletter.

The newsletter contains information about our most recent consumer investigations (one recently opened investigation into a number of websites that charge people for government services as well as our success story against an online computer software retailer who has been ordered to provide refunds to consumers).
